Rising Stars: Paul Seixas

07 05 2026

At just 19 years old, Paul Seixas is establishing himself as one of cycling's most promising young prospects.

The French rider, who competes for the Decathlon CMA CGM Team, first drew attention with his victory in the junior time trial at the 2024 UCI Road World Championships and has continued to impress in the professional ranks. He finished in the top ten at the 2025 Critérium du Dauphin and secured an overall victory at the Tour of the Basque Country in April 2026, becoming the first Frenchman to win a WorldTour stage race since 2007. Seixas is set to line up at the Tour Auvergne-Rhône-Alpes this June before making his Tour de France debut in July, where he'll become the youngest starter in nearly nine decades.
